Redstone and Research Park
Redstone Arsenal and Cummings Research Park are full of facilities work. The future headquarters projects are a different buy, and as of 22 October 2026 the largest of them had not started construction.

The research confirmed the relocation and confirmed that construction had not started. About 140 staff were on Redstone as of 2 September 2026, with 200 expected by the end of 2026, about 900 by fiscal 2028, and a full move around 2032. An $85 million owner’s-adviser OTA was dated 14 October 2026. The command-and-control facility was described as about $4 billion and 700,000 square feet, including a data center, with responses to the design-build opportunity due 15 December 2026 and a mission-ready date of December 2031. A Colorado lawsuit was still open.
That building will be procured through national contractors and national rental agreements. It is context, not a pile of leads. Near-term requests from this area are maintenance, small renovations, and trade work around the arsenal and the research park.
Meta’s Huntsville data-center expansion was reported as nearly complete on 22 October 2026, with no further expansion planned. We are not treating it as an open construction wave.

35808 and 35898 are the Redstone ZIPs in the automatic list. Research Park addresses in 35805, 35806, and 35811 route as Huntsville, which uses the same rental desks. Base access rules are yours to handle. A rental company cannot deliver to a gate you have not cleared.
