Athens and Limestone County

Athens and the rest of Limestone County are in the routing area. The headline projects are real. Most of them will not be bought one scissor at a time through a local referral form.

Projects recorded on 22 October 2026

Eli Lilly’s API plant was announced on 9 December 2025 at Greenbrier South in Limestone County. On 12 February 2026 the Huntsville council approved the development agreement unanimously. The confirmed terms in the research were a minimum $4.2 billion initial investment, 449 jobs, and a 260-acre site. The announcement itself was described as about $6 billion. No general contractor was named in the sources we used.

GE Aerospace announced a $55 million CMC investment at the Jetplex site in March 2026. Greenbrier Commerce Center was reported as 262,880 square feet, under construction, opening in August 2027.

Those are GC and owner projects. Subcontractors and maintenance crews who are not on a national rental agreement are the people this form is for. If your company already has a national account, use it. If you need a local yard for a scope the agreement does not cover, send the ZIP.
