Rooftop units, cable tray, bus duct, and high electrical rooms are everyday lift calls. The machine is usually the easy part. Access to the roof and the lockout of the equipment are not.
Roof and interior are different orders
An interior mechanical room with a slab floor is a scissor or a small boom. A roof with a parapet, a screen wall, or a unit set back from the edge is often an articulating boom from the ground, if the reach works, or a crane conversation that is outside what we refer. Tell us the setback. Do not only tell us the roof height.
We do not provide electricians or HVAC techs. We refer the access equipment. Your crew still owns lockout, permits, and the work itself.
