The service

The site is operated by belweave. It lets you ask independent rental companies for boom lifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, and scaffolding in a defined North Alabama service area. Submitting a form is a request for an introduction. It is not an order, not a reservation, and not a price quote from us. Those companies quote, rent, and invoice you directly. belweave may receive a fee from them.

No agency

We are not the agent of the rental company and we are not your agent. We cannot bind them to a rate, a delivery time, or a model. Their rental contract, if you sign one, is between you and them.

Your information

You agree that we may share the details you submit with the rental companies selected by the routing rules, and with the processors named in the draft privacy page if those processors are turned on. You agree that the phone number and email are a real way to reach the person who will decide on the rental.

No warranty

Equipment availability, condition, insurance requirements, and price are not warranted by this site. Safety standards named on the safety page are references, not a representation that any machine or scaffold is compliant.

Liability

Counsel must write the limitation of liability, the indemnity, and the cap. This draft does not pretend to limit damages for injury. Do not publish this sentence as if it were an enforceable waiver.

Law

A future version is expected to name Alabama law and a venue. This draft does not choose a court.

Partner terms
