How a request becomes a call from a yard
Huntsville Lift Rental does not keep a fleet. The service is the handoff: a complete request, sent to one to three independent rental companies that cover the category, and a record of what happened so the referral can be billed fairly.
1. You describe the job
Equipment, working height, indoor or outdoor, ground, project, start window, duration, jobsite ZIP, delivery, company, and who will run the machine. The form is the whole intake. There is no second script.
2. We qualify it
Requests with no company, a homeowner one-day job, a ZIP outside Huntsville, Madison, Athens and Limestone County, Harvest, Decatur, and Redstone, or a start date after this month are held. They are not sent out as billable leads. A person can still release a held lead if it is real.
3. One to three companies hear about it
Routing follows the equipment. Aerial requests and scaffold requests do not go to the same desk. No company is exclusive unless that switch is turned on after an agreement. You may hear from more than one yard. You are free to pick none of them.
4. They quote. You decide.
Availability, delivery, and price come from the rental company. We do not mark the rate up and we do not guarantee a machine is free. If they mark the lead won, lost, or invalid, that feedback is how the referral is billed.
What we will not do
- Dispatch a truck or promise same-day delivery.
- Certify your operator or erect your scaffold.
- Invent a street address, a review count, or a partner logo.
- Sell the contact list as a marketing file.
