Who we are
Huntsville Lift Rental is a referral desk operated by belweave. We do not own rental equipment. The business is a service area, not a storefront. This draft does not invent a street address or a phone number for belweave.
What the quote form collects
Equipment, working height, indoor or outdoor, terrain, project type, start window, duration, jobsite ZIP and city, delivery, company, role, name, phone, email, whether a PO or certificate of insurance is available, whether a trained operator is available, and optional notes. We also store UTM parameters, gclid, the referring URL, and the landing page when the browser provides them.
What we do not store in the clear
The IP address is hashed with a salt before it is saved, and it is used to limit repeated submissions. We store a truncated user agent. We do not ask for a social security number, a card number, or a copy of a certificate of insurance on this form.
Who receives a qualified request
One to three independent rental companies configured for that equipment, plus an admin inbox if email is turned on, and a webhook if one is configured. Held and spam-flagged requests are not sent to rental companies. Email is sent only when a provider key is present. Turnstile, if enabled, is processed by Cloudflare.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not need an account cookie. The admin desk sets an httpOnly session cookie after a password login. If a Google Analytics 4 or Google Ads id is configured at build time, those services receive the events described in the README: form start, form submit, and call click. Search Console verification is a meta tag, not a tracker. Until those ids are set, the tags are not loaded.
How long
Lead records are kept so referrals can be billed and disputed. This draft suggests 24 months and then deletion or a further review. Counsel must set the real period. Demo data is fictional and marked so it is excluded from billing totals.
Your requests
To ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion of a lead, use the same phone or email you submitted, once a real contact path is published. This draft does not invent an email inbox. There is no sale of contact lists in the way this business is designed. Counsel must confirm the wording against current Alabama and federal privacy law before launch.
