Frame scaffold

Frame scaffolding

Frame scaffold is the standard bay: welded end frames, cross braces, and planks. It is the right ask for a straight run of wall at modest height.

How to describe the run

Give the length of wall, the top plank height, and whether the scaffold sits on sidewalk, dirt, or a slab. A price per frame is not a price for the job. You still need braces, planks, base plates or casters, guardrails, and usually a delivery.

If the public can walk under it, say so. Ties to the building, debris netting, and a sidewalk canopy are scope, not extras you should hope are included.

A published frame rate

Robin Rents published $11.90–$12.90 per frame-day on its frame-and-brace page, accessed 22 October 2026. That is one frame section for a day. It is not a planked tower, a stair, delivery, or an erect crew.
